Shia LaBeouf was arrested in Chicago early Sunday morning, after refusing to leave a Walgreens.

He was obviously drunk and a security guard asked him again and again to leave the premises. LaBeouf refused and was eventually detained by the security guard who then called police.

LaBeouf was arrested and was said to have been “very courteous and polite,” during the process.

He was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing.  He’ll be in court November 28th.
