Joe Francis attacks Jayde Nicole

The Joe Francis/ Jayde Nicole attack video has finally made it’s way to the net.

Now we know who is telling the truth – and it’s not Joe Francis. Surprise, surprise.

In the video you see Joe Francis walk in the general direction of Jayde, who was at the bar of the crowded club, Guys and Dolls. Once Joe gets within reaching distance of Jayde, she pushes him on the back of the head with one hand while spilling a drink down his back with the other.

Joe then spins around, sees Jayde trying to belly up to the bar to look like she didn’t do it, and viciously, and I mean viciously, grabs her hair and throws her to the ground. Immediately Brody Jenner, Jayde’s boyfriend, and friends go after Joe. The fight is quickly moved outside where Brody ends up being tasered by someone.

Francis has claimed he was “the victim” all along, at one point he said he “may have accidentally grabbed her hair.”

This is Joe telling his side: “Someone shoved me from behind, then hurled a drink at me, glass and all. I turned to see who that was, and the next thing I knew, I was on the ground, with Brody Jenner ripping at my shirt.”

Lie, lie, lie, lie, liar! First of all, she didn’t throw the glass at him, you clearly see her put it back on the bar after dumping it. Secondly, There was no accidental anything about the way he grabbed her hair. That was a moment of rage.

Pretty much everyone in the situation is in the wrong. Yes, Jayde should never have done what she did, that was just plain stupid. She should know that Joe is hopped up on blow a lot and could have the tendency to snap at a moment’s notice.

But regardless of what she did, it was absolutely stunning to see a grown man react like that. Maybe a 6-year-old whose sister just spilled milk down his back, but a grown ass man? There’s no man here. Merely an immature little boy living in a man’s body.

Joe’s playboy days are gone. His kingdom is going to crash down on him harder than his comedowns after a 3-day long bender. He is destroying himself. And I say let him.

Joe Francis beat Jayde Nicole, Brody Jenner tased

Super slimy Joe Francis beat the hell out of Brody Jenner’s girlfriend, Jayde Nicole last night and Brody Jenner ended up being tased!

Quite a night at Guys & Dolls nightclub!

Jayde and Brody claim that Francis was “relentlessly” hitting on a friend of theirs and Jayde decided to do something about it. So she threw a drink in his face. Not a smart move on her part because that just threw Francis into a rage.

Jayde claims Joe grabbed her by the hair, ripping some of it out, punched her in the face then threw her to the ground. But he wasn’t finished yet. When she was on the ground he kicked the sh*t out of her!

Security ended up breaking up the one-sided “fight” and drug Joe out of the club.On his way out Jayde’s boyfriend, Brody Jenner, followed him out, screaming at him the entire time, obviously wanting a piece of the douchebag. At one point Brody had an opportunity and he took it. He landed a punch right in Joe’s kisser. Then Brody got pulled off Joe and at some point was tased!

Craziness!

So the aftermath of all of this is that Jayde says she is going to press charges. However, I am not sure how possible this is going to be being as she assaulted him first. Yes, throwing a drink on someone IS assault. Yes, I know this from experience. I too, threw my drink on a redneck hillbilly at a bar in my early 20s and was seriously punched in the face afterwards. The police said I really couldn’t do anything about it since I was the first to assault. Have I thrown a drink in anyone’s face since? Nope. I have pretty much been cured of that. I’d be willingly to bet Jayde will be too.

Not that she (or I) deserved it mind you. I still think it is in extremely poor taste for a man to punch a woman, especially in the face with a closed fist. But was it right to throw the drink in the first place? Absolutely not. Let this serve as a lesson ladies, it’s not a smart thing to do.

Mr. Francis is currently on probation if I remember correctly, and I am quite sure this will be a violation. So will be be doing some time for this beat down? Hopefully. I’ll keep you posted.

Although NBC has been doing their best to keep next seasons contestants on Celebrity Apprentice a secret, the names are leaking slowly.

Hollyscoop spoke personally with Joe Francis who confirmed that he will be on the show. Joe couldn’t keep his mouth shut and added that Khloe Kardashian will be his competition. He must have some sort of grudge against her, because he wanted to tell the world that he will last longer than her in the game.

He said, ”[The show] hasn’t even started…and I will beat Khloe Kardashian on the Apprentice.”

Joe added that he “loves” the Kardashian’s, but “it will make me very happy to beat Khloe.”

He will be a total kisser of Trump’s ass, I’m sure, but I hope that mole-faced prick is the first one out.

I have to admit though, Joe has bigger balls than I thought.  Khloe could kick his pansy ass all over this side of the Mississippi – while blindfolded and hogtied.  I’d watch those balls, Joe.  Oh yes, I would..

So you probably already know that Lorenzo Lamas‘ daughter, Shayne Lamas, 22, won this season’s The Bachelor.

The season finale just aired Monday and already Shayne has rocketed off in the wrong direction. She appears on the latest issue of Girls Gone Wild magazine which is ran by the infamous Joe Francis empire.

Despite her father saying he thought she was only on the show to be on television, she insists she was there to find true love. She says, “It’s what every girl wants.”

When asked to describe Matt she says he is “very casual, respectful of women.”

Joe Francis says the reason he asked Shayne to do the spread was because, “Shayne has a genuine ‘girl next door’ quality. But she also happens to be very hot.”

And not very bright.

In case you missed it, TMZ reported at the end of March that Bachelor Matt Grant had hit on one of their employees at a bar. He and the female stayed in contact. At one point he told her that he wanted to move to the U.S. and his attorney told him the best way to jump on board was to get hitched! True or not, who knows, but definitely interesting.

Regardless, I’m not willing to lay any coin down on these two staying together. But in the meantime, I do bet Shayne will be trying like hell to be the next Paris Hilton..

Former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer’s overpriced hooker Ashely Dupré filed a law suit against Joe Francis and Girls Gone Wild yesterday seeking $10 million in damages for misuse of her name and image for profit. Apparently “misuse of tits and lesbian shower scenes” holds no legal bearing in court. Joe Francis issued the following statement to Us Weekly:

“It is incomprehensible that Ms. Dupré could claim she did not give her consent to be filmed by Girls Gone Wild, when in fact we have videotape of her giving consent, while showing her identification. She’s seeking $10 Million for topless photos taken in front of a room full of people, including two newspapers and multiple crews we had in the room. These images were taken in public places and contain no sexual contact.”

That’s why Kurt Vonnegut once said “Be careful what you pretend to be because you are what you pretend to be.” Also “Quit being such a goddamn slutty whore.” That last one was my mom, but I think it still applies.

The recent news of a freed Joe “Jailbait” Francis is rather hilarious in the same way that setting one’s own reproductive organs on fire tends to inspire uproarious laughter. Indeed, after eleven months behind bars — and without poontang — Francis has entered a plea of nolo contendere and been freed on probation on the condition that he not film any poontang in certain parts of Florida for three years. This so-called restriction still provides Joe access to an untold number of beaches full of untapped ass. As expected, the “Girls Gone Wild” mogul (or is it auteur?) has big plans:

“We’re filming at every spring break location, 14 cities right now. We’ve got 50 or 60 camera guys out there,” Francis told Page Six from Florida, where he pleaded no contest to charges of videotaping underage girls and was released for time served. His lawyer, Roy Black, said, “It’s a big victory for Joe. He’s such a high-energy guy. He couldn’t stand being in jail.”

Francis still has to face tax fraud charges in Nevada, but he plans on striking a plea bargain in that regard as well. What he fails to realize is that plea bargains (including the Florida deal for child abuse and prostitution charges) are nowhere near the “innocent” verdict he feels that he has achieved:

“I have never committed any crime. I pleaded guilty just to get out of jail,” a defiant Francis said after the Bay County state court hearing. “A few corrupt individuals were able to keep an innocent man in jail for 11 months.”

Francis makes an estimated $29 million a year on videos of young women in sexually provocative situations.

Yeah, poor guy. As a first-time offender, Joe actually got off pretty damn easy. Next time, he’ll be shocked when an undoubtedly “corrupt” judge informs him that a nolo contendere plea merely means that he was too fucking lazy to fight those pesky criminal charges.

To be honest, I didn’t spend much time exploring the site. The photo gallery wasn’t sleazy enough to be interesting, and by the time I reached page 2 in Joe’s account of his legal troubles I wanted to move on to something more entertaining, like ripping out my toenails with my teeth. However, there was one interesting little nugget. I managed to stay with Joe’s life story until he reached the age of six, and when he was suspended for harrassing his first-grade teacher the principal told Joe’s mother, “If all children were like Joe, then people wouldn’t have children.” Apparently even slimeballs sometimes slip and tell the truth.

A former employee of Mantra Films and Girls Gone Wild has filed a lawsuit against the two companies, along with Joe Francis and another individual, claiming sexual harassment, sexual battery and various unfair business practices.

Tranae Hammond claims that shortly after she began working for Mantra Films and Girls Gone Wild, she was the victim of repeated acts of sexual harassment by a supervisor named Ron (she doesn’t know his last name).

According to court papers filed today, those acts included touching and massaging of her shoulders and arms, frequent conversations about sex in front of her, and on at least one occasion, Ron allegedly “tapped [Hammond’s] buttocks with a clipboard.”

Hammond alleges that after she made claims of sexual harassment, she was subjected to a “hostile environment” and was eventually terminated.

Francis is not accused of any direct sexual harassment, but rather he “improperly managed, controlled and dominated Mantra Films, Inc. and Girls Gone Wild as his alter ego, agent and instrumentality.”

The suit also makes class action claims of failure to pay overtime, failure to provide required meal and rest periods and failure to maintain required records.
