Randy Quaid and his wife Evi have been arrested in Marfa, Texas after stiffing a hotel for thousands of dollars.

An arrest warrant was issued earlier today for the actor and his wife after they failed to pay their bill at San Ysidro Ranch near Santa Barbara. Police believe that when they rented the room they had the intention of not paying, hence the burglary charge against them.

They say this isn’t the first time the slick couple have ripped off a hotel. Police also have evidence that they did the same thing to the Bel Air in Los Angeles.

Authorities caught the Quaids in Marfa, Texas, where they were arrested – but not without a fight.

Evi Quaid was extremely distraught and had to be taken to the ground by police as she screamed hysterically. Randy resisted arrest and both physically and verbally assaulted officers. Lucky for him they are not pressing charges. This is Texas, you know.

Santa Barbara Sheriff’s department is in contact with the Presidio County Sheriff (TX) and they want Quaid extradited to California.

Kanye, you’re off the hook. We have a new jerk of the week and his name is Randy Quaid. Who does he think he is? So he was in the old National Lampoon Vacation flicks, and yes, he was great in them, but this is completely unexcusable. And then to pitch a fit like a little bitch after being caught? Ridiculous. Former U.S. skating champion Nicole Bobeck is facing 10 years in prison after being busted for her involvement in a meth-ring in New Jersey.

Bobeck, 31, faced a judge via county jail video Monday, dressed in inmate attire, her former blond hair cut short and dyed dark.

Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio says the former athlete was “actively involved in the upper echelon of this ring . . . She played a significant role in this operation.”

Numerous people were arrested in the sting. They were responsible for more than $10,000 worth of crystal meth sales a week in the area.

Bobeck has been ordered to stay in jail, her bail set at $200,000.

It’s not clear of she was a user of the drug, but birds of a feather flock together, kids. Anyone who is crazy enough to deal meth is most likely an ice head.

The wife of Gary Coleman, Shannon Price, was arrested on a domestic violence charge last night in  Santaquin, Utah, where the couple reside.

The two were involved in a spat when Price muscled her way around the house, breaking belongings of her husband’s.

She was booked for two misdemeanors and later on $1,205 bond. Poor Gary, the guy is 3- feet-tall and this woman is a 6-foot-tall, husky Appalachian! Bitch has second and third helpings of the grits, that’s for sure.

Look at her mug shot. There’s a whole lot of “not right” in those eyes!

Boy George was convicted of false imprisonment and was sentenced to 15 months in jail on Friday.

George, real name George O’Dowd, was found guilty last month of holding a male escort against his will by handcuffing him to a wall in his apartment. He held the man for under an hour.

O’Dowd’s attorney blames both men for the incident and says they acted like “drug-crazed idiots.”

AP: The singer denied the charge, saying he had restrained Carlsen with handcuffs while trying to figure out if a computer had been tampered with. Carlsen, 29, said O’Dowd swung at him with a metal chain as he ran from the apartment after a naked photo shoot.

Photos of Carlsen’s injuries — which he said had been inflicted by O’Dowd — were shown to the jury, but the singer denied he was responsible.

Speaking to Judge Radford on Friday, O’Dowd’s lawyer, Adrian Waterman, said: “This defendant is a kind and generous man who is particularly mindful of others’ needs. He is the antithesis of the haughty bullying star. He was not himself when addled by the habitual and relatively long-lasting using of illegal drugs.”

George was not himself because he was under the influence of drugs? Then tell me, when is he himself? This guy’s a full on junkie! He and George Michael should shack up.

This creepy murdering bastard is finally going to serve some time in jail – even though it won’t be in the name of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson.

O.J. Simpson was sentenced to at least 15-years in prison today for the armed robbery and kidnapping attempt last year in a Las Vegas hotel room.

He is eligible for parole after 6 years.

Before sentencing Simpson did his best to appear vulnerable and fragile, expressing his remorse and supposedly fighting back tears. He told the court, “I stand here today sorry, somewhat confused. I feel apologetic to people of state of Nevada.”

Of course he does. They have his balls in their hands. As for Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman’s families, no such remorse or apology..

Judge Jackie Glass is my new hero. She’s no paid-off pansy ass judge like Mr. Ito was.

Glass said she was shocked that the former Heisman trophy winner decided to address the court. She added that his incriminating words on tape were more powerful than those he used in the courtroom. She handed him his ass on a platter. She said,

“Everything in this case was on tape. And its your own words, Mr. Simpson, your own words, that that brought you here to this seat in my courtroom. The evidence in this case was overwhelming. You went to the room. You took guns. You used force. You took property, and in this state, that amounts to robbery with the use of a deadly weapon.”

Simpson begged for mercy.

“I didn’t want to steal anything from anybody. I just wanted my personal things. I was stupid. I’m sorry. I didn’t know I was doing anything illegal. I thought I was confronting friends. I thought I was retrieving my things. I didn’t mean to hurt anybody and I didn’t mean to steal anything,” he said.

Simpson’s attorneys plan to appeal the convictions.

Ron Goldman’s father attended the sentencing and afterwards called Simpson a “scumbag”.

That’s a gentle way of putting it.

The man that Britney Spears married in a Las Vegas chapel is sitting in a jail cell at this very moment.

As part of his punishment for a DUI back in 2006, Jason Alexander, 27, was ordered by the courts to attend an alcohol education class and visit a county morgue.

He ended up blowing off the morgue appointment – twice – and finally the judge threw the book at him.

Alexander was detained and is being held in a Van Nuys jail until December 9th.

The estranged brother-in-law of Jennifer Hudson’s was arrested yesterday in relation to the October 24th murders of Hudson’s mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew.

Initially labeled a person of interest, Balfour, 27, was arrested at Stateville Correctional Center and released to detectives where he was formally charged.

He has been moved to the Wentworth Area, where he will be held.

The murder weapon, a 45-caliber gun, was discovered just days after the homicides in a vacant lot.

Balfour is the estranged husband of Hudson’s sister, Julia.

He is scheduled for another parole violation hearing on Wednesday.

The only suspect in the brutal killings of the family of Jennifer Hudson might walk out of jail Monday morning.

William Balfour, ex-husband of Hudson’s sister, Julia, might not be charged with the murders of Darnell Donerson, 57, Jason Hudson, 29, and Julian King, 7. All were shot to death on October 24th.

He is being held in jail for parole violation only,

The problem is, if law enforcement cannot prove he has violated his parole they can no longer hold him. UNLESS, he is either found to be in violation of his parole or he is officially charged with the murders. If one of these things does not happen by Monday he will be back walking the streets of Chicago.

Balfour is scheduled to meet with the Illinois State Parole Review Board at 9:00 a.m. Monday.

Hmm..this could be interesting. If he gets out do you think Julia will go running back to him? After what she posted on her MySpace earlier, we know this girl is not playing with a full deck..

Amy Winehouse’s hubby was released from jail earlier today after serving 12 months behind bars.

But Blake Incarcerated didn’t go home to his wife, he headed straight for rehab, as part of his release agreement. In fact, Amy didn’t even greet her husband, she opted to stay home instead.

Daily Mail reports that Blake had a chipped tooth (aren’t they all chipped/rotted?) and fresh red scratches down his arms, but was all smiles.

Meanwhile, paparazzi took these lovely photos of Amy, and it makes me wonder if they have a stick and poke her with it like a wild animal.

She always looks like they are taunting her, just to get a shot. Then they call her crazy because she reacts like that, and everyone buys it, because hey, it’s Amy Winehouse.

I could be wrong though. Maybe she is just crazy. Crazy and crack don’t go so well together..

Hulk Hogan is out to convince everyone that his son is a changed man.

We knew this was going to happen months ago, when a conversation between Hulk and little Nicky was released to the public as they chatted on the phone about producing a reality show for the sole purpose of creating good PR.

“The New Nick” is what they had planned on calling it. They had conjured up the idea not long after Nick was sentenced to jail.

But after public backlash, the family’s master plan to fix Nick’s reputation was foiled.

Now, they are simply doing interviews and singing the praises of him, making it clear that he is not spoiled, that he has learned a lesson and that he is moving on from here.

Hulk told E!,

“He was on a roll. He was a young professional driver. He had the show going, and it all got real busy, and then when he went to jail, he got stripped of everything. He got stripped of clothes, of watches, he got stripped of his identity, and he found out what’s important in life. He knows what’s real, and what’s not real.

Lord, not the watches.

“And before he went in there, he was accountable, and he was responsible. And I think that’s what he found out in jail, the most important thing. He understands what is real life. You know, it’s about helping people, being positive, moving forward.

“He was a good kid before, he’s a great kid now. He’s not the same man he was when he went in there.”

Hulk says the accident was really hard on him, but that he will always love and support his son.

“You know, I just had to regroup, and you know, just really rely on what was in my heart and what I believe in, ’cause Nick is my son 24 hours a day. Whether he hits a home run, or whether he strikes out, he’s still my son.”

Hogan uses the interview to take a swing at his trashy ex-wife as well.

“You know, Linda says because she was visiting in L.A., she’s not responsible in any way, shape or form for what happened. Well, that’s not me.”

Yeah, because you know damn well you helped contribute to this disaster, that’s why.

Paying Nick’s numerous speeding tickets and violations over and over, with little or no consequences at all. In fact, you just kept on shelling out the cash for him to modify and customize his car. You still let him race, you still let him basically do whatever he wanted to do. And look where it got him.

I doubt the Hogan’s will ever accept any sort of responsibility in this tragedy.

Meanwhile, Nick is back to enjoying the finer things in life, and probably is rocking a flashy new car.

After serving 166 days of an 8-month sentence, Nick Hogan was released from the Pinellas County jail this morning.

At around 12:30AM, sister Brooke met her 18-year-old brother outside, where reporters were also waiting. The siblings had no comments, and Nick held up a peace sign on his way out.

I did find a little humor in this TMZ video, when a camerawoman asks Brooke, “Mom, how are you doing? How are you feeling, seeing your son?” HA! See? The bitch does look 50-something.

Anyhow, Nick is free to rack up speeding tickets and race around once again, while his ex-best friend lies in a hospital bed with one huge dent in his head.

Hmmm…I wonder how long it will be before he gets yet another traffic infraction? Any guesses?
