MacKenzie Phillips’ siblings Bijou Phillips and Chynna Phillips have come forward regarding their sister’s sexual relationship with their father, John Phillips of the Mamas and Papas.

Both siblings stand by their sister and say they have known about the incest for a long time. But her stepmother, Michelle Phillips, also of the Mamas and Papas, says MacKenzie’s claims are untrue.

Michelle spoke with the Hollywood Reporter about the day MacKenzie told her she had consensual sexual relations with her father. She said, “She told me, then she called me back and said, ‘You know I’m joking.’ I said it wasn’t funny. Mackenzie said, ‘I guess we have different senses of humor.’”

She continued, discrediting MacKenzie and even taking a stab at Oprah.

“I think it’s unconscionable that Oprah would let her do her show. I have every reason to believe it’s untrue. Oprah should be more judicious about who she has on her show.”

Then she went on to say how Mackenzie’s past should speak for itself.

“Mackenzie has a lot of mental illness. She’s had a needle stuck up her arm for 35 years. She was arrested for heroin and coke just recently. She did ‘Celebrity Rehab’ and now she writes a book. The whole thing is timed. Mackenzie is jealous of her siblings, who have accomplished a lot and did not become drug addicts.”

Harsh words. But Michelle’s daughter Chynna has since explained why her mother responded the way she did. She says she is angry at the publicity.

“It’s not something that my mom wants plastered all over the papers. Am I exceedingly joyful that my family secret that I told maybe my therapist, my husband and my very best friend in the whole word [is now public]? No.”

But she is still standing by her sister. She does admit that the news was like a punch to the stomach when she first found out, 12 years ago. “I was completely stunned. I walked around in a comatose state for about 10 days.”

Bijou Phillips, MacKenzie’s youngest sister, is also standing by her sister but is devastated by the publicity it has gotten. She released the following statement:

“When I was 13, Mackenzie told me that she had a consensual sexual relationship with our father. This news was confusing and scary, as I lived alone with my father since I was 3, I didn’t know what to believe and it didn’t help that shortly there after Mackenzie told me it didn’t happen …. I understand Mackenzie’s need to come clean with a history she feels will help others, but it’s devastating to have the world watch as we try and mend broken fences, especially when the man in question isn’t here to defend himself.”

Matthew McConaughey’s mother, Kay McConaughey, is coming out with a new book that tells her family story.

I Amaze Myself is full of off-the-wall stories about the McConaugheys, and Kay doesn’t hold back when telling them. The woman certainly has a sense of humor and now we know where her son gets it.

In the book, Kay tells of Matthew’s father’s death. He died the way any man on this earth would love to go. While having sex with his wife!

Kay tells Us Weekly,

“On Monday mornings, he and I often said goodbye by making love. But one day, all of a sudden, it just happened. I knew that something was wrong, because I didn’t hear anything from him. Just nothing. But it was just the best way to go!”

Amen, sister!  Hooray for Jim!

It seems Kay was a real horn dog for her man – and his penis!   When her husband, Jim, could not be revived, she sent him out of this world like he came into it. In the nude.

“I was just so proud to show off my big old Jim McConaughey — and his gift,” she says.

Yeah, I’m sure the paramedics were thrilled to check his gift out! Ha!  That explains that HUGE bulge in Matthew’s shorts, bitches!

Keeping with the sex theme, Kay also dished that her gorgeous son was no accident. She had Matthew after marrying Jim for the third time.

“I was deciding, ‘Do I want to have another baby? Do I want to have an affair? Or go back to school?. That’s when Matthew was conceived. We had tried for 16 years and no baby. So Matthew was a big surprise!”

Well, it’s certainly no surprise where Matthew gets his honest, off-the-wall quirkiness!  Personally, I think it’s hot.  No snobby Hollywood family here!

Yeah, I know bloggers love to hate on Rumer Willis, but I’m not really one of them.

I actually think she looked pretty good last night at the premiere of her new flick, ‘The House Bunny’. If anything, she killed it in that dress. You have to admit, she wears it well. I also love her hair. Whoever put this girl together, you did a fabulous job. Kudos!

The whole family attended the event as well as Rumer’s new man, Micah Alberti. Daddy Bruce Willis showed up with his usual arm candy, Ashton Kutcher actually shaved, and Momma Demi Moore got a fresh knee-lift for the event.

Katy Perry may have had a number one hit with her song, “I Kissed a Girl”, but her parents aren’t impressed.

Keith and Mary Hudson are both evangelists and think that Katy’s song, which talks about a lesbian kiss, promotes sin.

Her mother said,

“I hate the song. It clearly promotes homosexuality and its message is shameful and disgusting.
Katy knows how I feel. We are a very outspoken family and she knows how disappointed her father and I are. I can’t even listen to that song. The first time I heard it I was in total shock. When it comes on the radio I bow my head and pray.”

Katy reportedly kissed a 16-year-old lesbian in the crowd at a recent show in Washington State, but her mother insists the young singer is not gay. She believes Katy has been seduced by the temptations of Hollywood.

“Katy is our daughter and we love her but we strongly disagree with how she is conducting herself at the moment.
We cannot cut her out of our lives as she is our child but she knows we disagree strongly with what she is doing and the message she is promoting regarding homosexuality which the Bible clearly states is a sin.
But the Bible also promotes understanding and forgiveness, which I keep reminding myself.
Katy is not a homosexual but I fear she has been led astray by the Hollywood crowd. I pray all the time that God will work through her and help her find salvation.”

She adds that her husband isn’t too thrilled with Katy’s provocative wardrobe either.

“Some [outfits] are too revealing and her father has had words with her about it. Like any child she is going through a period of rebellion.”

Mary goes on to say that Katy uses her maiden name for professional reasons (I guess Kate Hudson was already taken).

She adds that her daughter grew up singing in the church.

“Katy was raised in a very strict Christian household. She started performing in church at nine. She was a special child, she loved to sing and had an angelic voice. That is why this is all so disappointing and sad.
I think she acts and says certain things to be provocative and to shock.
Katy was spotted by a music producer who invited her to LA. That’s when she started to change.
I was worried she’d start doing drugs and drinking alcohol. I still am. I spoke to her only recently. She said, ‘Oh Mum, I’m not going to turn into Amy Winehouse.’”

It seems all is well in the world of Hayden Panettiere’s parents despite the police showing up to their residence after a domestic dispute early Monday morning.

You’d never know it by these pics that were snapped yesterday of the two walking their dogs!

Alan Panettiere, who reportedly hit his wife in the face, leaving a mark, told paparazzi that everything was “peachy”, and that the the whole thing was “a misunderstanding.”

He was released from jail yesterday on $50,000 bail.

Extra is reporting that Lesley and Alan told Mario Lopez that the story the media is reporting is completely wrong. (How the hell did Mario get involved in this mess?!)

Mario explains,

“Nothing actually happened. In fact, Lesley wasn’t even aware that Skip had been arrested. Hayden found out about her dad’s arrest when he called her from jail. They love each other very much and want everyone to know that the matter was completely blown out of proportion.”

Ok, riiiiight. She didn’t even know her husband had been arrested -my ass! Just curious, Lesley, why are you hiding behind those huge sunglasses?

Sounds like this couple just threw back a few too many dirty martinis and had a hell of a night that they probably don’t even remember. But that makes it so much easier to pretend like it didn’t happen, doesn’t it?
