Remember the slimy doctor who operated on Kanye West’s mother before she died?

Dr. Jan Adams is back on the scene, this time for yet another DUI. His third time since 2003.  Impressive. Our sources say he loves them Heinekens!

The dumbass was arrested at 2:45 am after being spotted in his ‘04 gray Jaguar XJ8 turning onto a freeway (680 freeway near Benicia) off-ramp. He failed a sobriety test and was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, driving the wrong way and driving on a suspended license. He is currently in Solano County Jail awaiting bail.

On a side note, Dr. Adams has also had his physician’s license revoked due to unpaid child support.  He was warned in May and never did anything about it so his license was pulled at midnight last night.  What great timing!  This is the second time this has happened to Dr. Jan, the last time being in 2006 – and it lasted three months.

His license can be reinstated once he is caught up on payments.

Lily Allen loves to party, and last night was no exception at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London where Lily got her drink on and had to be carried out of the after party.

Lily sported bubblegum pink hair and matching baby blue fingernails and shoes. I actually think her dress is adorable, but wait, what print is that exactly? Bambi with blood squirting out of it’s neck? Am I seeing that right?  Oh, well, I still love it!  But I have a feeling a lot of you will disagree!

The pic was taken last weekend in Spain. It shows Colin looking terribly bony and gaunt with his eyes bugging out.

Has Colin been partying his ass off and skipping lunches or what? He looks sick, really. His clothes are just draping off him! He used to rock quite a bod, but it looks like that’s changed.

I am hoping this pic is just one of those terrible shots that the paps live for – and not proof of Colin drinking/snorting himself to death!

Once again, Paula Abdul is loaded on American Idol…shocking, I know.

Geeze, someone get this bitch into rehab! She doesn’t know her ass from a hole in the wall!

TMZ is also reporting that Ms. Abdul was seen enjoying at least one martini at lunch, around 1pm. Remember, all martinis are doubles..at the minimum. So mix that with a Vicodin or two and BAM! Numb as f*ck.

Cameras caught up with Abdul outside the restaurant, which had a big ol’ “Happy Hour’ sign out front. Paula was wearing sunglasses and chewing gum – probably hide her fire breath, and was a little unstable on her feet. This was four hours before taping for American Idol was to begin.

Former model Angie Everhart was arrested last Thursday in the early morning hours for DUI.

She was held on $15,000 bail and was released later that morning. Rumor has it that the red haired beauty and Joe Pesci, who became engaged last summer, broke up this weekend.

A source said that Angie begged cops to take her to a bathroom so she could avoid pissing herself, and believe it or not, the police obliged by driving her to a nearby restaurant. Have you ever heard of that before? Usually they’ll just let you marinate yourself. If you have to pee that bad, you’re probably f*cked up.

Angie’s court date is set for May 15th.

Richie Sambora was formally charged with driving under the influence today after being arrested March 25th.

He is facing two misdemeanor counts of DUI and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit. His BAC registered .13.

Sambora, 48, was pulled over in Laguna Beach after he was spotted drifting over the yellow line. He was accompanied by a woman and two children. One of the children is believed to have been Sambora and Heather Locklear’s child, Ava, who was released to her mother after the incident.

Police requested that the district attorney also charge the Bon Jovi rocker with child endangerment, but for some bizarre reason prosecutors don’t think they have enough evidence to make a strong case against him.

“The charge of DUI in itself indicates you have endangered yourself and others. There would have needed to be additional aggravating circumstances to charge that.”

Now, I’m no lawyer, but isn’t a DUI reason enough? WTF? Are they serious? Because he didn’t crash his car he didn’t put the child’s life in danger? BULLSH*T! He was driving with almost DOUBLE the legal limit!

Just for fun I did a little research to see what other ‘child endangerment’ cases have made the news lately in California, just for comparison. Check them out and then YOU tell ME if it’s fair that Sambora is not being charged with this offense. Keep in mind that I tried to find cases in which there were no injuries or accidents. Apples to apples.

• This woman turned onto a freeway off-ramp then realized she went the wrong way. She made a U-turn to get off the ramp and was spotted by an officer.  She had a 5-year-old child in the car and was arrested on suspicion of DUI. She is facing child endangerment charges.  (LINK)

• In Bakersfield at a security checkpoint, a man believed to be intoxicated with a small boy in the vehicle was arrested and charged with DUI and child endangerment. (LINK)

I don’t know. It just doesn’t make sense to me. After all the energy and education that has been put forth to try and hinder drunk driving I think it is a slap in the face to those who may have lost a child in a DUI accident or to those trying to uphold the law.

Richie Sambora is the latest celebrity DUI offender.

He was pulled over last night at approximately 11pm in Laguna Beach for driving erratically. He failed multiple field sobriety tests and was arrested. Police say there was no indication of drugs.

Sambora attended rehab last summer after having finalized a divorce with Heather Locklear, breaking up with Denise Richards and mourning his father’s death.

How many times do I have to say it?! Drivers, bitches! Hire a f*cking DRIVER!

With Pamela Anderson’s busy schedule it can’t be easy juggling career, children..and partying.

So how exactly does she do it? It’s simple really, she just doesn’t sleep.

Anderson says she insists on having breakfast with her two sons even if she’s been up all night partying.

She says, “Usually I get in around three or four in the morning, and I’m up at 6:30am with my kids making breakfast, 8am at school.”

Anderson adds that she has no time for men right now because she’s too busy being a mom. She says, “It’s (motherhood) taking up a lot of time.”

Motherhood is what’s taking a lot of time? So coming in wasted from a party at 4AM has nothing to do with it, right? Egad. You just KNOW we are going to be seeing Dylan and Brandon on the party circuit in a few years. They’ll probably be pimpin’ their mom out.

No one wanted to have anything to do with Gary Busey yesterday on the red carpet at the Academy Awards.

Especially after he manhandled Jennifer Garner, (who looked amazing) kissing her on the neck while she was doing an interview with Ryan Seacrest.

Busey was most likely bombed when he screamed, “Ryan Seacrest! I have been looking for you for years!” But Ryan had Jennifer on the line and quickly moved from Gary back to her. It’s funny how when Seacrest briefly chats with Busey how Gary’s ‘date’ (green dress) steps up to the plate like she wants to get a prime spot with the camera only to have Seacrest turn his back on her. Heh.

The whole scene is reminiscent of Courtney Love interrupting Madonna’s interview before the 1995 MTV Music Awards. One of my all time favorite awards show trainwrecks.

Kathleen Turner was on The Today Show this morning talking about her new book, Send Yourself Roses.

Is it just me – or is Kathleen like, permanently drunk? I don’t think she really is drunk in this clip, I just think she’s the end result of being a hardcore drunk for an extended period of time. The gravel voice, her speech, body language…

18-year-old Barron Hilton was arrested for DUI in Malibu this morning.

Barron apparently snuck out of his parent’s home without telling anyone and was out all night long.

He was arrested at 8:30am this morning at a 76 station after running his car into an employee who was working there.

Police say drugs were not involved, but he did blow a .14, which is a considerably high BAC.

Rick Hilton released the following statement to the media, “I haven’t been contacted yet by either my son or the police. If what I have heard is true, it is very disturbing and I will have a lot to say — but it will be to my son, not the media.”

He is currently being held on $5000 bail.
