Ivana Trump has confirmed that she is splitting with her husband of eight months, Rossano Rubicondi.

Trump and Rubicondi, and Italian entrepreneur (a.k.a. playboy) married last April after dating for six years. The ceremony was held at Donald Trump’s estate in Palm Beach, Florida. [Insert Charlie Brown shaking head sound here.]

Ivana says that she and her fourth husband separated about three months ago.

Says Trump, “Rossano wants to live in Miami and work in Milan. But, I am a New Yorker and my family, friends and businesses are here. As the beautiful song says, `Que sera sera!’”

So, step up boys. Who’s willing to be hubby #5?

The 20-year-old plaything of Linda Hogan’s, Charley Hill, has been denied a restraining order against Linda’s ex-husband, Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea).

Hill told the courts that Hulk has been following and threatening him. But the judge didn’t buy it and the request was denied.

Hulk’s attorney, David Houston, released the following statement,

“This is just another blatant attempt by Linda Hogan to try to defame Hulk Hogan’s character. We commend the judge on seeing through this ridiculous stunt and denying these baseless claims.”

In August, Hulk told Access Hollywood that he wished he was back with his wife. When asked if the divorce was an attempt to protect their assets (after the crash of Nick Hogan and John Graziano), he said absolutely not.

“If this is a ploy, her being intimate with a 19-year-old kid is pretty good acting. For me to be able to handle my 50-year-old wife sleeping in a bed with a 19-year-old boyfriend and using my gym, and driving my cars, and living in my house. I guess we’ve got a pretty good act going on ’cause that’s a lot to take on.”

Jodie Sweetin, the former Full House star who in the past battled an addiction to methamphetamine, filed for divorce from her husband Wednesday.

Sweetin often credited her husband, Cody Herpin, for helping turn her life around. The couple had a baby daughter in April, who Sweetin took with her when she left. Her husband is concerned for his child’s safety and says he was blindsided by the news.

“I was dumbfounded. Over this past month something has been different. I’m concerned about our daughter and I just want her home.”

Sweetin’s agent claims that the actress is 100% clean, but it sounds to me like she is covering up. I mean, hello! That’s her job.

She stated, “[Jodie has] come to this path in their life and she felt like this is the way she had to go. Jodie says it’s unfortunate but it’s just what has to happen right now. No more detail, only because she says she doesn’t want to be disrespectful to him.”

More like she has no idea what’s going on either.

Jodie probably took off with the baby and is sitting her ass in a crackhouse right now, geeked out of her head. I hope I’m wrong, but this whole scene is fishy..

The marriage between pop icon Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie lasted eight years. But it only took a few minutes to end the relationship in the courtroom.

The Principal Registry of the Family Division in High Holburn, London declared the divorce officially over.

According to the UK’s The Mirror, Madge offered Ritchie a whopping $12.5 million dollars to walk away. However, he chose to snub the offer and leave with nothing except the couple’s multi-million dollar country estate.

A friend of Ritchie’s told the publication that Guy has never had any interest in the money, and that he just wanted to move on with his life. Hi only objection has been to her raising the children in New York.

Guy Ritchie doesn’t need Madonna and her money. He has refused to chase after one red cent in the messy divorce with his wife.

Guy, who is worth an estimated $45 million, won’t drag Madonna, worth more than $450 million, through the courts for money.

Instead the couple will duke it out in a decision as to where their children will be raised. Madonna wants her children to grow up in New York while Guy understandably would like them to stay in London, their original home.

In other Madge news..

The Ice Queen spent last night at a charity event in New York where she looked astonishing wrinkle free. Those creams and treatments are surely working.

However, the outfit she wore was a bit unusual. A feathery green frock belted at the waist, accompanied by fishnet stockings and very Gaultier looking sandals.

All I know is that I want to cram that bitch in my pipe and smoke her! Might clog the pipe with all that gristle though..

Yesterday while at the Chelsea Piers Gym with his mother and sister Lourdes, little Rocco Ritchie was spotted wearing a NY Yankees shirt. It’s kind of sad, because it’s not like he knows any better.

As you know, Madonna and NY Yankee, Alex Rodriguez, have been having an affair while the material girl was still married to Rocco’s father.

Whether or not the kids will be raised in London or New York remains to be seen.  There are rumors going both ways with stories of Madonna staying in London and others claiming she will raise the children in New York City.

I am pretty sure Madonna is going to be living in New York. C’mon, it doesn’t take a genius to figure that one out.

Kids, schmids…her soon-to-be-cheating asshole boyfriend lives there. Of course she’ll be residing there.

Madonna has never been one to exercise tact or modesty, so last night when she dissed her ex-husband publicly on stage, it came as no shock.

It was, however in bad taste.

On the heels of Madonna and Guy Ritchie’s divorce announcement yesterday, the singer told a sold out crowd in Boston last night,

“This song is for the emotionally retarded. Maybe you know some people who fall into that category. God knows I do.”

An obvious, vengeful stab at her soon to be ex-husband - and I am sure those who fight for the rights of the disabled took offense as well.

Madonna, shut. up. First of all, you only succeed in making yourself look like an ass when you publicly disrespect Guy like that. And secondly, what about your children? Please put them first and show some class. We all know you are famous and powerful, so you have nothing to prove.

Speaking of emotionally retarded, why don’t you ask Cynthia Rodriguez about that one, you sinewy piece of dancing jerky..

After months of speculation that Madonna and Guy Ritchie are ending their eight year marriage, it seems all is finally coming to an end.

The couple had tried their best to put on happy faces and make public outings to ward off the rumors, but the truth is finally coming out. Not to say that they didn’t give it a shot, because reportedly they did.

Complicating the situation is that Madonna wants to wait until the end of her world tour to make it official.

It’s always business first with her, isn’t it?

Apparently Guy grew tired of it all and decided he wants out - now.

The couple’s fighting has gotten so bad that he can’t live with it any longer. The New York Post is reporting that one of the major problems in their marriage is in how they want to raise their children.

Madonna would like to raise them in the states, which daughter Lourdes is also in favor of since her father lives here. Guy, however, would like to raise the children out of the public eye and in his homeland of England. Another issue leading to the marriage’s demise is that Madge wants to adopt again, and Guy is not ready to do so.

Meanwhile, rumors of Madonna’s alleged relationship with Yankee baseball star Alex Rodriguez continue, with the couple being spotted out to dinner as recently as a couple weeks ago.

Just days after being involved in a serious car accident with a lady friend, Morgan Freeman has confirmed that he and his wife are getting a divorce after 24 years of marriage.

Apparently the couple have been separated since December of last year, and the accident, or his female passenger, Demaris Meyer, were not the reason for the split.

Freeman and Meyer were headed to his home Sunday night when the actor’s car went off the road and rolled.  The two had to be removed from the vehicle by the jaws of life and were airlifted to a nearby hospital.

A judge has decided that Tricia Walsh-Smith, the bitter ex-wife of Shubert Organization head Philip Smith, went too far when she ranted publicly on YouTube about her and her estranged husband’s sex life.

She even went as far as to call his office - while being filmed - and tell the secretary, “I don’t know if you know, but you know Philip and I never had sex - but he’s got Viagra and condoms and stuff here and porn movies. Just ask him what he wants me to do with them, would you?”

Now the cold hearted bitch has just 30 days to vacate their Park Avenue apartment.

Tricia, 52, has been awarded $750,000 in the divorce settlement, which is what she agreed to in the couple’s prenup.

Supreme Court Justice Harold Beeler said that Walsh-Smith was “cruel and inhuman” for taking their divorce to such a public forum.

“The posting of the defendant’s first YouTube video was a watershed event in this marriage, elevating what was still primarily a private dispute into a public spectacle,” the stated. “He has been publicly humiliated and embarrassed to an unprecedented extent.” He added that Tricia “has thrived on being in the public spotlight,” and that Smith “has suffered tremendously from this attention,” including “heart problems.”

“Had defendant not posted her videos on YouTube, a case could be made that her previous marital misconduct did not rise to the level of cruel and inhuman treatment, a claim that ironically she herself made on YouTube,” Beeler wrote.

So what did the scorned ex have to say about the judge’s decision? “I thought it sucked,” she said. “I’d be better off in Baghdad. President Bush is bringing democracy to Iraq. He should try bringing it to New York.”

Of course she says she will appeal - and will keep posting updates via YouTube.

“I’m a warrior. I’m not giving up,” she said. “I’m going to go down swinging.”

Smith, 76, just seemed happy it was over. “I’m terribly sorry it had to come to his, but I’m happy with the result,” he said.

Florence Henderson, 74, says her advice to former “Brady Bunch” son Christopher Knight fell upon deaf ears and she still feels the same way now that she did then.

That his marriage to Adrianne Curry will end in divorce.

“Christopher Knight is like my son and he was very involved with this person on The Surreal Life. He asked me to counsel them – I am a certified hypnotherapist – but I didn’t really want to do reality TV.”

Henderson says that she thinks that the couple’s VH1 reality show, My Fair Brady rushed the two into marriage far too quickly.

“They didn’t take my advice at all! And as you may have seen, they did get engaged and they did get married.”

She adds coyly, “Maybe I will counsel the divorce.”

You know what? I bet she’s right.

Sometimes I like Adrianne and sometimes I don’t. I like the laid-back Adrianne - and I love her locker room type humor. However, it’s her nagging at Christopher and manipulating him into getting what she wants that I find incredibly annoying.

I think these two think they love each other, but when it comes down to it, I’d bet he simply married for her body and she married him for the financial security and the father figure fantasy . .

A couple of Red Sox fans looking to give Alex Rodriguez a hard time at a Yankees/Red Sox game on Sunday ended up having the plan backfire on them.

They made up some “heads-on-sticks” with Madonna’s face on some and Lenny Kravitz’s face on the others.

However security at Yankee Stadium confiscated the masks and destroyed them.

A-Rod went on to have a great game, tying Mickey Mantle’s 13th place on the career home run list with his 536th home run. New York won the game in 10 innings, 5-4.
