Pamela Anderson has chosen an annulment over a divorce from husband Rick Salomon.

The couple married last October and split in mid-December. Anderson claims ‘fraud’ to be the reason for the breakup.

She filed papers in court last week, and in them she requested Salomon not be awarded any spousal support - and that the two leave with what they had when they married.

Then on Monday, Anderson requested that a retired judge be assigned to their case as an attempt to keep matters private. Apparently this is commonplace with celebrities worried about details going public.

After Pink and husband Carey Hart went public with their divorce plans, Pink posted a message on her official web site thanking fans for their support.

She also asked that fans lend their support to Carey, whom she says is still her best friend. She swears there is no animosity between the two and that maybe, just maybe, there is still a future for the two….but just not now.

Hi everybody. I wanted to reach out personally to all my fans/friends out there in the world. First and foremost, thank-you for all of your support and love, it means a lot to me right now. The most important thing for you all to know, is that Carey and I love each other so so much. This break up is not about cheating, anger, or fighting. After months of rumors that their marriage was on the rocks, Pink and Carey Hart are divorcing.

Pink’s publicist confirmed the news saying, “Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another. While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger.”

Pink, 28, and Carey, 32, have been together since 2001 (minus a short split in 2003) and married in January 2006.

For months the couple had continually shot down reports that their relationship was on shaky ground. But as we see, there was some truth to the rumors.

Gee, with my five year anniversary around the corner, I’m feeling like a champ compared to most of Hollywood!

I know a lot of you don’t like Pink, but I kind of liked these two together. They’re both free spirited, wild, tattooed and dyed. Ah well, another Hollywood casualty. So, who’s next?

According to BauerGriffinOnline.com, Brian Austin Green was having lunch on the patio with a buddy at the Daily Grill in Studio City when he was heard rambling for over an hour about his relationship with girlfriend Megan Fox. The source says it sounded as though the couple may be on the outs.

He began comparing Megan to the girl that he had been going out with before her who he’d broken up with for Fox, saying that Fox is behaving just like her. Apparently, the 21-year-old Transformer star is extremely set in her ways. The entire relationship was based on her terms, beginning with a “white board,” upon which the pair would document the amount of time allotted to their relationship, family, and work. Green strove to maintain a fifty percent balance between time spent each other, and time spent apart. Fox, however, would sneak behind his back and erase planned dates with Green in order to have more time away from him. In fact, she would regularly cancel plans at the last moment, often by text. Throughout their turbulent relationship, Fox would threaten to get her lawyer involved in their disputes, while Green expressed his shock to his friend as he has never had a personal attorney in his “entire” life. He complained animatedly about how “unfair” their relationship was.

The obviously heart-broken Green went on to say that the young actress and budding star could never sit still and couldn’t stand silence yet would moon in bed all day when they had a fight.

After ragging on Fox for close to an hour, the two men realized that the people at the table next to them might have overheard everything they said. Green seemed nervous and his friend asked the other diners if they had been eavesdropping because “that would be really bad.” Looks like Fox has finally moved on!

Ok, I could have maybe believed the story up until the end. Asking other diners if they were eavesdropping? Not very believable. I’m surprised these two are still together anyhow. Meg is so out of his league.

Britney Spears was filmed in her vehicle yesterday after leaving Millenium Dance Studio, and the paps bombarded her with questions.

My favorite question was, “What part of England are you from?” Britney was speaking in her British accent once again and pretty much ignored this question. When asked about Adnan she claimed she didn’t know him and had never met him.

Entertaining video - but FF to 2:00 because the first couple of minutes are worthless.

Britney Spears reportedly filed a restraining order against Adnan Ghalib this weekend, but he claims he knows nothing about it.

Adnan told FinalPixx, “All I can say is that I have not been in contact with Britney since early Friday morning.
The reason being, that I have had to attend a family funeral in Santa Barbara. My phone has been off during this time out of respect for my family. I am only now becoming aware of what is being said. I hope to be back home in Los Angeles soon and to be in contact with Miss Spears. ”

Britney’s friend Sam Lufti supposedly showed a couple paparazzi the court order that prohibits Adnan from contacting Britney.

The reason for the restraining order is unclear, but sources say that Adnan was involved in an incident Wednesday at a restaurant in LA where he threw chairs across the room.

Hulk Hogan’s soon to be ex-wife, Linda, is seeking half of their combined $9.5 million in assets, even though she probably never worked a day in her life.

In court papers Linda states the marriage is “irretrievably broken,” the St. Petersburg Times reports.

Linda wants to share parental custody of little asshole Nick. She wants Nick to stay with her and his father to be given liberal visitation rights.

Mrs. Hogan is also looking for alimony, child support, and health insurance - for the little asshole, of course. And half of everything else. The couple owns a massive 17,000-square-foot Bel Air mansion, a 3,474-square-foot home in Clearwater Beach, Fla., and a condo that’s currently being built in Las Vegas. The two homes alone are worth more than $9 million.

Are one of the most famous lesbian couple’s headed for splitsville? Say it isn’t so!

Star magazine is reporting that Ellen Degeneres and Portia de Rossi are on the rocks. And Ellen’s breakdown over the puppy last week? It stemmed from her problems at home.

According to multiple sources, [Ellen’s] really in pain because her three-year romance with actress Portia de Rossi is all but over.  “Ellen would never have broken down like that on TV if things were right in her home life,” one source tells Star.

“Portia has been telling Ellen she’s very unhappy at home,” says a second source.  ”When it comes down to it, she wants to be with someone younger and hotter. She wants out, but Ellen has been begging her to stay. Portia is really everything in this world to her.”

I hope this rumor isn’t true. I love these two together. I’m betting their former girlfriend’s are quietly chuckling though.

After VH1’s Big in ‘04 awards show Ellen and Portia hooked up, quite steamily I might add, and both dumped their lovers the next day so they could be together.

Paris Hilton has already dumped her Swedish model/pizza delivery boyfriend, Alex Vaggo because she says he is too shy. Translation: He has a little dick.

The breakup comes just after Vaggo went gushing to media about their relationship and how he really dug her.

A source close to Paris said,

“She loved his good looks, but she gets bored very quickly, and he was just too shy and quiet for her. She likes bad boys.”

Vaggo is back in Sweden and probably telling friends what a shitty lay she was.

Kate Hudson has broken up with boyfriend Dax Shepard.

Friends are saying that Hudson isn’t ready for a serious commitment in this point in her life and that she wants to concentrate on her son Ryder.

A friend of Dax spoke with In Touch Weekly and said that he isn’t taking the breakup well.

“Dax is devastated over losing Kate. He will do anything to win her back.”

For the girl who has it all it seems the one thing she isn’t lucky in, is love.

Andy and Tessa in May

As you probably already know, The Bachelor’s Andy Baldwin and fiancée, Tessa Horst, broke off their engagement back in August. But as of January Andy won’t have time for any girlfriend!

Andy, 30, is in the Navy and will be deployed to Iraq for 6 months to a year.

His rep said, “He leaves in January,” and that Andy going to war “was a factor” in the breakup with Tessa.

The divorce between Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards is at a boil.

The latest are the emails, photographs and accusations of mental abuse brought forth by Denise Richards. And it sounds like she has a good case against him.
Some excerpts from Sheen’s emails to Richards,

“GO cry to your bald mom, you f*cking loser.”

Richards’ mother is receiving chemotherapy for cancer. Nice thing to say huh?

“You are a pig. A sad, jobless pig who is sad and talentless and sad and jobless and evil and a bad mom, so go f*ck yourself sad jobless pig.”

He obviously says the absolute meanest most heart stabbing comments he can think of. This man is disturbed. Sounds a lot like mental abuse to me.

“You are an evil piece of sh*t. I can’t wait to tell the world what a piece of sh*t you are. You don’t get a f*cking dime till this is resolved.”

Whatever. I think he is succeeding in telling the world what a prick HE is.

Richards fights back in court. She says in court documents that a photo of Sheen’s “erect penis” is used for his profile on sex sites and she included the photo. (Ha!) Richards claims he sent the pic to at least 30 women. He told one woman, “I’d love to give it to you any time.”

Richards adds that her ex even visited gay sites on the internet. She says she really found it bothersome as the boys looked “underage,” the documents state.

One day Richards decided she would no longer be breastfeeding. Sheen wigged out, punching a headboard and telling her that would make their baby “retarded.”

But that’s not all. Charlie also is being accused of taking a large wedding photo of the couple out to their garage and cutting it in half. He also wrote ‘the dumbest day of my life,’ across it in spray paint.

Sheen released a statement through a rep denying the incidents,

“I will not dignify the majority of these allegations with any measure of response. On its best day it remains laughable and inane.”

I used to be on Team Sheen, but the more i learn about the f*cker the more I think he is an abusive, egotistical, asshole. And honestly I feel bad for anyone in that situation. I bet he called her ‘pig’ when they were still together. I’m doubting this all just ‘popped up’ afterwards.

Man, it kinda makes me feel bad for some of the sh*t I have said about her in the past. Ok, I’m over it! But I do hope she kicks his ass in court.
