A possibly intoxicated Brandon Davis crashed into singer Pink’s car last night afte leaving a liquor store on Sunset Blvd.

With paparazzi at the front of his car, Davis attempted to back out of the parking space before pulling forward. However, he didn’t look very hard before doing so.

He crashed his black Mercedes smack into a BMW belonging to Pink, who exited The Viper Room shortly after.

Paparazzi alerted her to the situation and she confronted the oil heir, who gave her his insurance information.

Pink said she plans on watching the incident on video to see how it happened.

Deftones bass player, Chi Cheng is in a coma after being involved in a terrible car accident Monday in Santa Clara, CA.

Lead singer Chino Moreno said Cheng, 38, is in “very serious” condition.

He told the Sacramento Bee:

“I don’t know everything that’s going on..I just know it’s very serious.”

On the band’s official website Moreno adds, “Chi is one of the strongest people I know, and I’m praying that his strength will get him through this. Please say a prayer for him as well.”

The band has been hard at work in the studio recording their new album, “Eros”, due out in the spring of 2009.

The actor who plays Teri Hatcher’s ’secret’ boyfriend on Desperate Housewives has been involved in a very serious motorcycle accident.

Gale Harold was injured in the accident that occurred yesterday.

There are conflicting reports as to his condition. A hospital spokesperson told TMZ that the actor is in critical condition, but his publicist is saying that he simply injured his shoulder and is in stable condition. He added, “Everyone is hopeful for a full recovery.”

Harold is being treated at the USC Medical Center, which is a sign that he is in more than ’stable’ condition.

Even though I can’t stand his character on Desperate Housewives, I do wish him the best at this time.

Us magazine met up with Travis Barker at the Grossman Burn Center in Los Angeles where he just had another surgery to treat the third degree burns he sustained after surviving the September 19th Learjet crash.

Travis disclosed to the magazine that being involved in a plane crash was always a fear of his.

“I hate planes. My biggest fear ever is to be involved in a plane crash, so when that happened - well, I’m just thankful to be alive. I’m just grateful to be here at all.”

How are you doing?

“I am doing the best I can possibly be. I’m so anxious to get out of here. …I’ve just been in surgery after surgery. I have third degree burns basically from my feet up to my waist and both hands. One of my hands was second degree burns and one was third degree burns. I’m trying to have a quick recovery and play the drums again and be able to hold my kids again. [Barker has two children, Landon, 5, and Alabama, 2, with Moakler.] I’m going nuts not being able to see them and spend time with them!”

After over 25 years as a vegetarian, you had to start eating meat again. Why?

“I need protein from food rather than just protein supplements. I changed my diet. I would do anything I possibly could if they said like, ‘There’s a possibility you might heal faster if you do eat meat or just change your eating habits.’ So I did. I don’t regret it at all, I feel so much better.”

How much longer will you be in the hospital?

“Oh gosh, I hope not much longer. I sit here and I read books and watch TV. I think if this surgery went well, I’ll be here for at most two weeks.”

Star magazine is reporting that Shia LaBeouf might lose one of his fingers on the hand that was seriously injured in his recent DUI accident.

A source on the set of his current film, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, says the actor will probably end up losing the pinkie finger on his left hand.

Producers working on the film learned about the possible amputation yesterday. “Shia called producers yesterday and told them. It’s really thrown the movie into turmoil.”

UPDATE:

A paps agency I don’t like is reporting that Shia’s rep says the story is “an absolute fabrication.”

One of my favorite actors ever, Morgan Freeman, has been hurt in a serious car accident.

The accident occurred at approximately 11:30 PM last night in outside of Ruleville, Mississippi. Freeman had to be airlifted to a hospital in Memphis, TN.

TMZ is reporting that alcohol is not thought to be a factor, but some rumors are suggesting otherwise.

Freeman was accompanied by an unidentified female passenger.

Witnesses say that he was seen talking before being transported to the hospital. His condition has been labeled ’serious’.

Let’s hope that he’s going to be just fine - and that alcohol was not involved..

UPDATE:

Freeman may have fallen asleep moments before the accident, causing his vehicle to flip several times.  Sources say he has broken ribs and a knee injury.  His passenger, who had to be cut out of the car with the jaws of life, is said to be in “good condition”.

Shia LaBeouf, 22, was arrested for drunk driving Saturday morning in Hollywood after causing an accident in which he was injured.

The accident happened in Hollywood at approximately 3 a.m. after LaBeouf made a left turn in front of an oncoming car. He was driving a green Ford F-150 truck, which was hit by the other vehicle, causing his F-150 to flip.

Sergeant Wolf with the LAPD said it was obvious that the Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull star had been drinking. “It was immediately apparent to officers responding on the scene that LaBeouf was intoxicated and he was subsequently placed under arrest.”

Paramedics were called and both Shia and the driver of the other car were taken to the hospital.

LaBeouf was arrested and booked for a misdemeanor DUI. If his victim would have been critically hurt he would have been cited for felony DUI.

He is being treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for injuries to his head, left hand and knee. Surgery was needed on his hand.

If you remember, Shia was arrested last November after refusing to leave a Chicago Walgreen’s for being intoxicated.

Shia, you had better clean up your act buddy, you’re on top of the world - why screw it up now?

Sad but true story.

Britney Spears‘ mother, Lynne, killed a 12-year-old child in an accident when she was just 20-years-old.

Anthony Winters was killed after Lynne rounded a corner in her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana striking the boy who was riding a bike with friends in the street. There was oncoming traffic and Lynne could not stop her car in time. She had been on her way to the hospital, taking her brother there for an injury.

Spears’ publicist, Louise Taylor, confirmed the National Enquirer article saying that Lynne is understandably still haunted by the incident and has tried to keep the tragedy out of the papers.

She added, “The boy died at the hospital as a result of his injuries. Lynne, to this day, is grieved by the Winters’ loss of their son.”

Fleetwood Mac drummer Mick Fleetwood’s daughter was involved in a pool accident Friday causing her to nearly drown.

The six-year-old was doing cartwheels by the pool when she hit her head and landed in the water.

Paramedics had to revive her in the ambulance.

She is doing fine now and has fully recovered from the incident.

Drew Barrymore was rear-ended just before noon yesterday while driving in West Hollywood.

The driver of the vehicle who hit her immediately fled the scene. Drew attempted to follow the jerk-off, but he/she managed to get away. However, it won’t be long before the bastard is caught. Drew got the license plate number! Har-har!

Sandra Bullock and husband Jesse James were hit by a drunk driver Friday night.

The couple were being driven home Friday at approximately 9:50pm when they were hit head-on by a drunk driver in Gloucester, Massachusetts.

Lucille Gatchell, 64, of Gloucester, was driving a gray Subaru station wagon when she crossed the center lane, hitting the couple’s vehicle.

Luckily no one was injured.

Gloucester Police Lt. Gerry Cook told People magazine, “They were shaken up, needless to say.  But they were fine – he was hugging her. Jess and Sandra were hugging. They said they were fine, they didn’t need medical attention. There were quite a few people snapping pictures of them.”

After Gatchell was told who she had hit Lt. Cook said, “She started laughing, she was really giddy.”

Gatchell’s blood alcohol level registered .20 on the breathalyzer.  She was arrested and booked for DUI then released on her own recognizance.  Her arraignment is Tuesday.

Even though William Shatner was involved in a motorcycle accident years ago he still refuses to wear protective gear while riding his motorcycle.

“I think leather, and helmets and protective gear is foolish, in the hot California weather. I ride with sandals and shorts and a t-shirt.”

Shatner recalls laying his bike down and narrowly escaping injury.

“One time, I was driving along and the bike slide from under me, and I skidded across the two lane highway. I grabbed the bike hauled it up and got back on. I had to get to Los Angeles. I had a doll to take to my grandchild. I got back on the bike and my clothes are shredded. I realized I’m bleeding.”

He says that as he tried to collect himself people driving by recognized him and some even called out to him through their car windows.

“People are driving up and college kids are yelling at me. Finally they uttered the ultimate insult, ‘Beam me up Scotty,’ so I gave them the finger.”

The Shatner don’t take no shat.
