According to News of the World, sources close to Amy Winehouse say that the singer has confirmed that she and her husband have split for good.

Amy has admitted that Blake has fallen for German model Sophie Schandorff. If you recall, Sophie was the one who mouthed “I love you” to Blake during one of his court appearances.

The sources say that the junkie couple’s marriage was based purely on sex and drugs. Now that they have been part for months it seems they have nothing to fall back on.

Amy and Blake reportedly had wild and dirty threesomes, sometimes involving  “real kinky stuff, not just the usual bondage and sex games but really gross stuff you couldn’t mention in a newspaper.”

Blake was released from jail and entered a rehabilitation center immediately. His wife has not been to see him since his release.

‘Blake Incarcerated‘ might be out of prison in time to to celebrate the new year with his wife, Amy Winehouse.

However, he needs to prove himself first.

Blake has been granted a free weekend out of jail next month, and during that time he must remain drug free and stay out of trouble.

His mom, Georgette, says she hopes Blake will come and stay with her, and not Amy, during his visit.

“We’re hoping that his probation officer will advise him to stay with us. If he’s linked with drugs on his weekend visit he will lose the right to come out early.  He will be released on December 30th if he’s a good boy. I’ve told him to keep his head down.

Hmm…a weekend out on the town for a junkie?  Can you picture Blake NOT running to the nearest drug dealer and getting gacked out of his head?  No way!

Amy Winehouse’s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil was sentenced to more than two years in prison after beating up a bar manager then trying to pay him off so he wouldn’t say anything.

His wife did not attend his hearing.

Fielder-Civil has been in prison for nine months already, and if he behaves, he could be out in just over four months.

He tried to convince the judge to let him out so that he could go care for Amy. He claims to want to help the both of them get and stay clean.

Attorney Jeremy Dien told the courtroom,

“Knowing the nation’s glare is upon him, Mr Fielder-Civil has every possible motive to rehabilitate himself in the way he has already shown he is fully committed to doing. He knows if he fails, an appointment with calamity awaits, not just for himself but for his wife.”

“He can now see that hard drugs are to be regarded as nothing other than a smiling assassin. He wishes now to become a role model for Miss Winehouse but he knows it would be impossible for her to alienate herself from drugs if he continues to befriend them.”

Yeah right. Once he is out those two will be back to swilling booze, snorting blow and cutting themselves. I mean c’mon, this guy can’t even stay of drugs in prison. If he is trading pictures of his wife for a little smack, you think he is really a changed man?

Junkie Amy Winehouse has received the cold, hard truth from doctors at a private London hospital who have warned her to quit her drug habit or face an untimely death.

Amy, who has been at the hospital since Monday, had tests ran after collapsing at her home in Camden. According to reports, doctors ran the tests to see what was ailing her. They came back “inconclusive,” which I don’t believe unless these doctors are complete morons.

Anyhow, the drugs have taken quite a toll on the 24-year-old and apparently doctors have sternly warned her that if she doesn’t get clean soon she will absolutely die young.

A source told The Sun, “She might have escaped this time, but eventually she won’t get up again. The only thing to stop that happening is if she quits drugs.”

I truly hope she cleans herself up but really I think she may be too far gone to turn back. Not that it couldn’t be done, I just don’t think she honestly realizes that she is dying. I mean, doesn’t she look in the mirror sometimes and go, “What the f*ck am I doing to myself?!”

If I was her parent I would be doing anything in my power to get, and keep, her in rehab. Hell, if I had to stay with her and go through it with her I would. If somebody doesn’t step up and really support this kid she’s going to become just another Rock n’ Roll casualty . .

Amy Winehouse was arrested earlier today in London on suspicion of assault.

Amy reported to the London police station by appointment for questioning regarding the incident we told you about yesterday where she head-butted a man who was trying to hail her a cab. Winehouse, who was completely trashed at the time, thought the man was molesting her.

A Scotland Yard spokesman stated, “A 24-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of assault after attending a central London police station by appointment. She is currently in custody.”

When Amy arrived at the station she must have been loaded because a police spokesperson said she was initially not fit to be interrogated. “The doctor has seen the 24-year old woman and has said that she is not fit to be interviewed. That means that we cannot deal with her for at least four hours and until the doctor has seen her again.”

If Amy is found guilty of assault she faces up to six months in jail and a £2,000 fine.

Meanwhile, Blake Fielder-Civil made an appearance in court today just hours before his wife was arrested. Amy did not make the hearing, but a young blonde named Sophie Schandorff, who was obviously very much into Blake, did. Blake seemed elated.

They were seen mouthing “I love you” to each other repeatedly. Blake said, “You all right, babe?” and made a waving gesture to her to suggest she come visit him in prison. And again she mouthed back, “I love you, I love you”, before the court warned her to stop. Later she told reporters that she and Blake are good friends who have known each other for awhile. Riiigghht.

Oh, can’t you just feel it? Amy and Blake’s junkie love story is about to come to an end. So much for happy endings.

Amy Winehouse’s incarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil was attacked in jail by inmates looking to score some smack.

The men figured Blake was carrying heroin since he’s failed three drug tests while in prison. Shockingly enough, he had none on him at the time of the assault.

A source told News of the World, “He got ambushed by a few blokes who thought he had heroin on him. He’s been put in solitary three times already for failing drug tests so they figured it was a fair bet he’d be carrying some - although he wasn’t. Because Blake is such a high-profile inmate, he’s a natural target. There have been lots of threats and for a long time he just kept himself confined to his cell - he’ll be staying there a lot more now.”

Amy Winehouse returned from a two-week long Caribbean vacation on the island of Mustique yesterday, and she and her uterus already have big plans for 2008. According to The Daily Mail

A friend of the singer said: “On her last prison visit she told Blake that she wants to try and get pregnant as soon as she can. She reckons it will pull them together as a family and help them focus their lives on something positive.”

Because nothing screams “daddy material” like:

Amy Winehouse managed to secure her American visa last week despite a string of pending drug charges, but it looks like her short-lived happiness is about to meet its maker. And then get beaten with a shovel and stuffed down a sewer grate. The Daily Mail reports

A distraught Amy Winehouse wept hysterically and screamed ‘Baby, I love you’ as husband Blake Fielder-Civil was arrested and led away by police officers over an alleged £200,000 trial-fixing plot. Fielder-Civil, 25, was seized by eight plain clothes officers at the flat in Bow. He was handcuffed and led away as Winehouse looked on and begged: “I want to go with him.” Fielder was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in connection with a trial [for assault charges filed against him] due to start next week. If convicted, the maximum sentence for the offense is life.

This is why heroin addicts are never secret agents. Well, that and the smell. They’re about as subtle as a fucking fog horn. That’s all I’ve got. The rest of the list was covered in vomit and ash. But given his remarkable success yesterday, I figured “punching your girlfriend” was as good a place to stop as any!
