Megan Fox is no dummy.

In the greenroom at the Spike TV Guy’s Choice Awards - which airs this Sunday -Jeremy Piven gawked at the sex symbol, unable to take his feasting eyes off her. Sources add that he was absolutely dying to meet her.

Fox, who was completely uninterested in the slimy actor, put him in his place after his pick-up line failed. Piven approached Fox and said smoothly, “I don’t know you, but I should.”

He continued to try and butter-up the actress, “I know you’re getting an award.”

A disgusted Fox snapped back,”Do you even know which one?” and promptly turned on her heels leaving an embarrassed Piven in her wake.

Amy Winehouse’s family is trying to keep her in the hospital as long as possible, hoping to wean the talented singer off drugs.

Sources say that she could be in the hospital for weeks - and is having withdrawals from crack cocaine and heroin, the dirtiest of drugs.

Amy, 24, was diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat after collapsing in her home on Monday.

Dad Mitch, 57, said, “Amy is doing fine. She is staying in as long as possible.” Rumor has it that if Amy tries to check out of the hospital her family will have her admitted to a psychiatric ward.

A family source said, “She’ll be in there for a while if her family get their way. There is a feeling they can have a good crack at sorting her out this time.”

No pun intended, I’m sure.

Amy reportedly has been coughing up blood and was thought to have had Tuberculosis, although tests came back negative. Instead, she has a raging chest infection.

At this point Amy has no plans of pulling out of Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday concert on June 27th and the Glastonbury festival in the UK.

Jamie Lynn Spears delivered her baby naturally and not by c-section as reported through some sources.

The 17-year old mother delivered Maddie Briann Aldridge naturally and without any problems.

The baby girl was born at 9:33am and weighed 7 lbs. 11 oz. Mother and child are said to be resting comfortably (comfortable, my ass!) and are surrounded by family.

Cousin Alli Sims thinks that Jamie Lynn will be a fabulous mother. “I’m sure the baby’s beautiful, and I’m so glad everybody’s healthy and doing well. I just wish them all the happiness in the world. I know they’re going to have so much fun.”

I can’t believe John Mayer chose Jennifer Aniston over Minka Kelly.  Aniston is an old hag and Minka is like a hot untapped resource. Instead of having a fun time with Minka who is always smiling, he’s probably consoling the loony Aniston who always looks like she’s pissed off.  She’s probably complaining right now.

Looks like these new stars know the whole upskirt photography trick because Blake Lively came out of her cab prepared.  You know I never really thought Blake Lively was that attractive, but she’s kind of growing on me.  She looks pretty damn good here.  She actually looks a little like Kate Hudson with bigger boobs.

I think Mike Myers has finally fallen off the funny truck.  This Love Guru looks absolutely awful and everything he does lately just annoys me.  Austin Powers was funny…for a little while, but after 3 of those movies enough was enough.  Now this Love Guru just seems like the same thing rehashed.  Now he’s wearing high heels while a model is wearing his shoes?!  That’s revolutionary!
